The filter itself works fine, no real complaints there. But trying to find replacement filters? Yeah, that’s been a hassle. They’re either out of stock or just buried somewhere on the site, and it gets annoying when you actually need one right away.

It worked perfectly fine for the first few months, so I didn’t think much about it. Then one morning while I was making coffee, I noticed a little puddle underneath it. At first I thought maybe I had spilled something, but nope, it was leaking. Kind of frustrating because it seemed solid in the beginning

I ordered from flowpure.com and I’m happy overall. The price seemed fair compared to about a few other places I checked, and the product works fine for what I needed. Delivery wasn’t exactly super fast, but it arrived in around a reasonable amount of time, so no real complaints. Good value for the money, and I’d probably buy from them again.

"I really wanted to like this..."
I really wanted to like this, not gonna lie, but the filter just didn’t last very long for me. It worked fine at first and the water tasted good, but it started slowing down much sooner than I expected. I ended up having to replace it faster than I thought I would, which was a little frustrating for the price. It’s not the worst, but I can’t say I was super impressed either

"Same warranty hassle all over again"
I’m still waiting on my warranty claim, and I’m tired of going through this same kind of runaround again. Every time I reach out, it feels like they just dodge the issue instead of actually helping.

"My box showed up completely crushed"
Look, I get that shipping isn’t always perfect, but this box arrived totally smashed. The packaging was ripped up badly, and the stuff inside looked like it had been handled really carelessly. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect it to show up in decent condition

"Simple enough, even when I’m drained"
I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so I appreciate that the filter swaps are actually easy to keep up with. It’s simple enough that I don’t have to overthink it.

So far, this has done the job and the leak is gone. Setup was easy too, which I appreciated because I don’t like having to deal with customer service unless I absolutely have to. Haven’t had any problems yet.

"Felt Like I Was Being Talked Down To"
I wanted to like this experience, but it left me frustrated. The main issue wasn’t even just the service itself, it was the way I was spoken to. I felt like my questions were being brushed off, and some of the responses came across really condescending, like I should’ve already known everything. I don’t mind explanations at all, but there’s a big difference between being helpful and making someone feel small. Overall, it just wasn’t a comfortable experience

"Works fine, but setup was a hassle"
I ordered from Flowpure and the unit showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. But getting it installed was more annoying than I expected. The instructions were kind of vague, and a few pieces didn’t really look like what they showed in the pictures, which made that part confusing. I ended up spending way too much time on it and had to look stuff up online just to figure it out. It’s working now, so that’s good, but the whole installation thing was definitely a pain.

It fit my system just fine and I didn’t run into any major issues. if it hadn’t worked out, I probably would’ve moved on to another option, but so far it’s been doing what I needed.

"The instructions felt weirdly incomplete"
I had a rough time figuring out what I was supposed to do on flowpure.com. The instructions were so unclear that I kept going back and forth like I was trying to decode some secret message. A few steps felt like they were just left out on purpose or hidden somewhere only insiders know about. Maybe it all makes sense to the people who built it, but as a regular customer, I was lost. Definitely more frustrating than it needed to be.

Customer service got back to me quicker than I expected and actually answered my questions clearly, which I appreciated. I did have to follow up once, so whoever runs this should probably make that part a little smoother, but overall it was a good experience.

I had to follow up with them a couple of times about my refund after I sent the item back. It did come through eventually, but the whole return process felt slower than it probably should’ve been and was kind of frustrating

I picked up a filter from flowpure because our tap water had this weird taste that was starting to bug me. Once I got it set up, I noticed the difference pretty much the same day. The water tastes cleaner now, and that strong smell we had before is gone. Coffee and tea taste better too, which was a nice surprise. I’m giving it 4 stars because the setup took me a bit longer than I expected, but so far the actual filtering part works really well...

"Info wasn’t super clear"
The site looks fine overall, but I had to click around way too much to understand what the filters actually do and which one would fit my setup. A few pages felt vague, and I kept wondering if there were extra costs or little hidden fees I wasn’t seeing upfront. It would be a lot better with clearer specs, simpler explanations, and more transparent pricing before you buy.

"Cheap-feeling filter and frustrating support"
I’m disappointed. The filter casing felt flimsy right out of the box, and after only a few weeks the water started tasting bad again. For the price, I expected it to last a lot longer. I also tried reaching out for help, but it felt like I just got stuck in a support loop with no real solution. I wouldn’t buy from here again.

In my experience, the filter does the job okay, but the water flow is disappointing. It comes out so slowly that filling a bottle feels like it takes forever, and after using it every day, it gets frustrating. I wasn’t expecting it to be super fast or anything, but for me, it’s definitely slower than I’d hoped. Overall, I’m not really happy with it
